Multi-track recording studio.
The recording studio was established in the autumn of 1979 at the initiative of Marek Łaciak, who mentions it this way:
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . In late August 1979, . . . . . . . . . . . . With engineers from radio technology Vladimir Rybaryczyk and Stanisław Kołodziej and the court composer "Elity" – Włodek Plaskota we started the activity of the Radio Wrocław Recording Section, recording the newly purchased cake – multi-track tape recorders Nobody believed in the success of this mission, and some "kind" people told me to lay down as soon as possible – but in spite of their expectations, the Recording Section moved in two months. At the radio studios (1979-1985) we spent almost all afternoons, nights and mornings recording incredible amounts of music for CDs, for films, theatres from all over Poland, the Wroclaw Television and most for the radio antenna, based on the band "Wroclaw Band" founded by me, whose members were Wroclaw musicians: Włodzimierz Wiński, Ireneusz Nowacki, Mietek Jurecki, Romek Frey, Jacek Krzaklewski, Jerzy Kaczmarek and others . At that time we became the most creative production team in Polish Radio. In order for these recordings to appear on the radio, I began the realization of the weekly STUDIO GAMA broadcast, which on the air of the 1st Polish Radio Warsaw was aired, every week – until 13.12.1981.
